The Swinging Cat encompasses the culture, beauty and sheer magic from the legendary birthplace of the Sazerac, Ramos Gin Fizz, and of course the Hurricane - New Orleans. It’s a lil bit swanky with New Orleans-inspired cocktails and bar soul food, live music on certain weekdays and wonderfully charming service.
The design elements in our small cocktail bar, tucked away beneath the streets of Sydney’s CBD, draw from every aspect of NOLA's French Quarter, from the gas lit streetlamps, to the mosaic entryways we hope to transport you straight onto the corner of Rue Royal and Conti.
