Our Wood Fired Coffee Roaster is located in Golden Bay. We roast all of our beans on a beautiful 800kg, Italian, wood fired roaster. Wood fired roasting is the traditional way of roasting coffee - its also the most sustainable - unlike the overwhelming majority of modern gas roasters today.
Since wood fired coffee roasts are so rare (esp in Aus), we welcome you to come taste the difference yourself. Roasting coffee beans over a wood fire, brings out more flavour in the beans and a produces a smoother coffee experience.
