About Settlement | Co-roasting Space
Settlement is a shared space in Somerton Park, Adelaide being used by coffee roasters and cafes from all over Adelaide. Settlement is a collaborative space which allows for the hiring of two coffee roasters, a Giesen W15A 15kg roaster and a Roastmax 5kg. Both are available on a per hour basis. If you would like to roast your own coffee, you are able to use this co-roasting space at a fixed cost. We have a variety of services available including pallet storage, cupping facilities, a destoner, a forklift, delivery receiving, a wide variety of carefully curated green coffee available for purchase and soon, a full barista training studio.
