About Flick the Bean
We’re proud of the coffee we serve. Zimmah Son of a Gun is our house blend and we have other Zimmah single origins on rotation.
The beans start their journey in a community of care and imported to Australia where they’re roasted in Hobart by Zimmah. Our footprint is low but we want our care for the planet and it’s people to be high.
Once the beans get to us, in tubs that we reuse to ensure no plastic waste, we then start the affair with the beans in our containers.
Coffee that’s stored properly, timed properly with every single shot being the same weight, under the same pressure and run for the same length of time. The process is important.
You can also grab savouries from us baked locally from Sandy’s sourdough.
