The rudest Customer service I ever encountered.
Last night Friday, Feb 15th, we my husband and i went to this new boutique.
I asked for a cup of coffee with a smile and asked her to surprise me with a new flavour she has.
Looking at me with a smirk, she said, ‘sure, but do u even have an Nespesso machine?’
Me: yes i sure do (taken back but still smiles)
Her: oh yes? If so Tell me whats your favorite? *smiked*
Me: Indonesia, Cosi, Capriccio, linizio lungo, love coffee with cereal note. (Trying to tell her im very familiar with the brand and im not new, in a very subtle way possible with a smile so she can understand and hoping she can have a tint of respect for me)
Her: i’ll make u Indonesian.
Me: im very familiar with that but i could u give me something different?
Her: i will put milk to tone down the taste.
Me: oh ok (lost of words on her unprofessional attitude and didnt’t know why she said so )
Her: the sugar at the end of the counter. **giving me the coffee not looking at my face**
Then came my husband, he was talking to a friend that he met at the shop.
Husband: nice boutique, whats new about it?
Her: oh well, couldn’t you tell?
My husband just walk away.
Even my husband’s friend left without buying anything and we cant stop complaining outside of the boutique about her attitude. So here im letting everyone know. So Nespresso wont get shamed, tainted by truly absurd and very unprofessional representative.
