I wanted to complete a Certification 4 in Business but have never been very good at “textbook” learning as I’ve always been much better with “on-the-job” learning. I chose Tafe as it was the place everyone I talked to mentioned. I enrolled but heard nothing back, and had to follow up 6 weeks later, then I had a call to book my kick-off meeting. The online session was booked, and we discussed what units I had to complete and the time frame I had to finish my course in. I was told I would get my login details with instructions, two weeks later they arrived with no instructions and I didn’t know where to start. I was about to give up before I had even started but I was speaking to a friend that is currently using WAIFS and long story short I decided to transfer my course to them.
Wow, what a difference! I was contacted within a week and then a meeting was arranged for a face-to-face catch-up. The trainer sat with me and explained everything I needed to do and then goals were set and follow-up booked. I am now on track and I can’t thank WAIFS enough.
If your looking at further education and are like me and don’t know where to start, I would definitely recommend WAIFS as the provider to choose. They will step you through it and make it as simple as possible for you to understand.
