The pricing is dodgy. They say it's $50/hr and when they give you a quote, it's an estimate of how much time it will take for one cleaner to do that job. I was told it will take 7-9 hours which later on changed to 7-10hrs of cleaning. I kept correcting that they said it will be 7-9hrs but on quote also they show how much it will cost for 10 hrs. I wasn't explained anything properly except the hourly rate, they will charge acc to the amount of time taken for cleaning and that there will be 6 ppl for cleaning so that the work is done quickly. The work was done is 3 and a half hours but I was asked to pay for 10 hrs coz apparently that's how much time a single person will take to clean the house. They could have charged me for 7 hrs but charged me for 10 for no reason and couldn't even give a proper explanation. They do not come to inspect the house so the estimate they give is also made up. Never approaching them again, even though the cleaners did a good job.
They invoiced me for far more than they had lead me to believe it would cost. They intentionally lead me on with incorrect pricing by omitting the extra costs that they charge and then springing it on me after the job was already done hoping that I would give in and just pay it.
The cleaners themselves were friendly and did a pretty good job at cleaning but the intentional lying by omission by the office people organising the job cannot be overlooked so leaving a 1 star review.
