I wish google allowed a 0 star review. I highly recommend shopping elsewhere. Bought a brand new upright freezer in January. Stopped freezing and made multiple attempts to get them to send a tech out. Martin promised that I would get a call from their tech begining of the week. Never got the call.
We are running a business and have limited space so we can't fit another freezer in. I advised Martin that I had a tech that could do the work and we will send the bill to him.
He requested a quote from my tech.....it's been over 24 hours since he was sent the quote, I spoke to Martin to follow up at 8am the day after the quote was sent. He said he would get onto it first thing this morning.....it's now 2pm and he still hasn't contacted me or my tech.
Appalling service and yet he responds to all negative reviews the same way....oh we are just a small local company and do our best to provide the best service.
What a load of rubbish, you get called out and do nothing about it. Next step for me is consumer affairs
