About Youth and Community Service Hub (The Hub)

Our vision is to transform the life chances of vulnerable young people and their families in the Armadale-Kelmscott region.

To do this the Full Service Schools pilot will work in collaboration and share a common agenda with young people, communities, families, schools, local service providers, and others to achieve significant and sustainable social change; by developing high quality approaches which have a profound impact on wellbeing, learning and life chances.
