About Pearces Creek Hall
In 1897 local farmer, Hugh Kirkland, donated the land to the local community and a small hall was built on the site. It was used as a rest stop in the evenings for those travelling through the country who might need food, water and shelter in the days of horse and buggy. After a fire in 1926 the current hall was built and it became a centre for community gatherings in the area.
