About Bay Islands Community Services Incorporated
We are a charitable organisation that functions as a local community centre with op shops on both Russell Island, 55 Jackson Rd / and on Macleay, 35 Southsea Terrace / .
BICSI provides positions for WfD, over 55 volunteering and support for various other organisations. We have a large team of volunteers that help with community activities and events. We are the source for general information on the Southern Moreton Bay Islands and are the first port of call for visitors to the islands.
We auspice a large range of groups and clubs on the four islands and manage the Centrelink booth for the islands.
We also manage two community boats - bay cruiser and sailing boat - for community based activities.
