About The Well

The Well features a large multi-purpose function centre/auditorium (430 m2), pre-function area, flexible Educational Rooms (100 m2 to 230 m2), art studio, recording studio, music room, two meeting rooms/interview rooms and a Boardroom available for hire. Facilities include audio and visual equipment, kitchen and servery. There are also outdoor areas that can be used for breakout sessions and children’s birthday parties. The facility is located next to Highland Reserve State School, on Highland Way, Upper Coomera. The site has extensive shared parking available.
