About Meeniyan Community Garden
We are a small community garden located on the rail trail behind Tanderra Park and next to the old Pivot Fertiliser Shed. We grow produce to share with the community and write what's available up on the chalk board and ask for a donation. We are creating an interactive garden for all ages and abilities with wheel chair and pram access. We have a bike dome that you can climb into that looks like a piece of fruit and some scary scarecrows that try to keep the unwanted pests away! We have a pumpkin archway and a welcoming picnic table for all to enjoy a sandwich or pie from one of our fantastic eating places in town. Please enjoy and if you like we would love you to pull a few weeds as you pass by!
