Sent laptop for repair, charged us to do diagnosis which is not what is advertised on his website, then wanted to charge us again to reassemble the laptop as it could not be repaired, we ended up taking it back in pieces. Would not release to us until paid. Very unprofessional and not the service advertised on his website. Will not use this repairer again
I have no issue paying for the work complete, however your website clearly states no fixup then no fee charged however we were charged $55 to diagnose that it could not be fixed and and then you wanted to charge $55 to reassemble a laptop that could not be fixed. What was our choice in these charges? None.
