Very disappointing took one of the company's laptops for service on a fan error. I was told it would cost $100 to clean it I said Yes no problems, asked for if it could be serviced as soon as possible I was told 24 hours I said Yes no problems. He explained it might be cost more I said Yes no problems he continued to repeat himself it was very clear they did not want to do the work in the end I left with the laptop and took it to a professional all fix now. Don't waste your time with these amateurs.
