Needed a large area of concrete done and contacted Hayden to come and take a look he was very busy at the time he said and couldn’t contact me. A week later he said he came back from holidays and could come and do the job the following day if I was ready and we could talk about price on the day and if I was happy he could start the work that morning. I agreed to the price and left them to do the work. Unfortunately I had to gotto work that day and didn’t get to inspect the work till the next morning. I had already at that stage already paid half of the agreed price. First of all he cut through the main water pipes which was an accident but I had to Orginise a plumber out to repair this which I ended up paying the entire bill which Hayden took no responsibility for. After I had a good look at the job the day after I seen foot prints in multiple places and the brush marks were all over the place and finish was quite rough. He agreed to comeback and inspect the job and admitted it could of been done better so he offered free of charge to supply sealer so I said I’ll keep $1500 until you have come back and finished the job. He said no I’m sorry I don’t work like that you need to pay the whole amount and you will have to trust me. Almost a month now with no contact. Just a word of advice to anyone thinking of using this guy please beware the job won’t be done right and he will make you pay still and any promises won’t be met.
Did 2 slabs and a driveway. Slabs ok. Absolutely butchered the driveway. Hayden didn't look at the council approval that he made us get and went ahead and built something completely different. Unuseable driveway. He wouldn't come back to fix it after many months of us following it up. His excuse was he didn't see the approval( even though we have proof of him receiving it) but our question to him was obviously why go ahead and do a driveway if you haven't sighted the approval? Definitely not recommended.
