Most unprofessional job I've even seen. He sprukes how great his work is but I'll let you decide in the photos.
I was Quoted $15,000. I Paid Richard $8,000 before the job was completed. Never again. In my experience he was very un professional. The concrete didn't meet engineering requirements. Richard removed 126sqm of concrete on a promise to be back the next day. He never came back. He was paid $8,000 & left me in a big mess.
The concrete wasnt able to hold structural requirements & was below Australian Standards. I was left with thousands of dollars worth of damages. His boys chipped my joined exposed concrete. My bore was not framed. Concrete spewed over the cap. My bore was cracked internally as it was lifted on concrete removal. The concrete wasn't cut around my bore. Damages to my gates & fence. They washed their boots off in my dogs water & cleaned their finishing broom in the same.
Richard removed the evidence before an inspector could assess his work.
No evidence. No case. A 12mth paper battle.
Richard is very convincing with what he says. I trusted him.
The outcome was very different
