Employed this business to lay concrete around the house and under pergola. Because of their mistake (which they admitted) in not ordering sufficient concrete for one of the concrete pours we have a large unsightly discoloured area. After numerous requests to them to come & inspect the job they finally turned up & said that the only way to rectify it was to colour seal the concrete & they would be in touch to do this. Did not hear from them despite sending many requests by phone & in writing. Additionally they failed to supply a Certificate for the termite control which we had paid for. Took the matter to Consumer & Business Affairs. We finally got the pest control certificate but have not heard anything from AAA Concrete. regarding fixing the job. I will not waste money on taking legal action as the principal of this business is unethical and will continue to evade all responsibilty. Do not deal with this business.
