I chose to go with core concrete because i heard good reviews and has seen thier work on other houses.
All i needed was a garden shed slab.
I asked if i could have a ramp going to the levelled section of the slab so that i could easily push wheelbarrow/mower ect into the shed.
When they came they seemed professional and keen to provide me with the slab i needed. I explaned that my shed was a 3x4.5, so the levelled section, would be 3x4.5 add an extra 500mm taper for the ramps.
I come home to the slab raised above ground level, left over concrete everywhere at the back of the slab and in my grass. And a slab that isnt even the correct size. The levelled slab size is 2.5x4.5 (not the 3x4.5 that i required)
I expressed my disappointment about the left over concrete and the fact that the slab was raised above ground level. He expressed his apologies for the left over concrete but blamed me for the raised slab; as it was "assumed" that i would raise my already established lawn.
Other employees came the following week to clean the concrete. When i explained the fact that the slab was the wrong hight and size they said they would need to come back with more materials. They never returned.
It took me to ring off a different phone for them to answer the phone, to in which its now my problem as i paid them.
Would not recommend.
