EMT is a small business located in Newcastle. The Building Director, Myke is a second generation builder, from an extended family of builders with a genuine passion for delivering the best possible service for our clients, irrespective of the size of the project. We specialise in architectural builds, renovations and extensions, and everything in between.
There is no compromise on quality, ever - something we feel very strongly about. We collaborate with a team of local trades and experts of their craft as an extension of our business to deliver the highest quality finishes. Our priority is to deliver a quality and professional service, built on the foundations of honesty, trust and integrity.

We went with Myke from EMT to build our house back in 2018. We were recommended to him by a trusted friend in the industry. He told us that Myke was honest and thorough. Honesty was one of the most important qualities for us when choosing a builder for our dream home. We knew that challenges would arise during a build such as ours, so having a builder that actually told us the truth about a challenge and gave honest options to resolve things, this was worth its weight in gold. We were impressed with Myke's reliability, honesty and hard work whilst working on our house. Since Myke has signed off on our house and we got to move in and enjoy our beautiful space, we have since had other experiences with tradesmen which has then lead us to appreciate Myke's transparency even more. We are happy with the quality of the construction and the overall completed job is so satisfying for us to enjoy everyday. A huge thanks to EMT constructions for bringing our dream alive. We are so grateful to Myke for sticking to the budget, delivering on time and giving us all the info we needed along the way.
