I had a shocking experience simply trying to get information on costing, detailing and supply - Unprofessional, rude and dishonest behaviour has ruined what i believe to be a good product - Beware of Werner- and what he doesn't tell you!- He'll have you on the phone for hours, yet tell you nothing- ask about windows, his building qualifications what has been built in VIctoria -
I still have not received anything anything in writing - I'm still waiting Werner!
It a shame as I believe the product is good
We built our home out of Durisol about 10 years ago. Product is very good. Double glazed windows are great. HOWEVER, beware, Werner will promise you things he either cannot or will not deliver on. No warranty on faulty parts or spare parts for those that need replacing through wear and tear. Still waiting after 10 years for a cracked window to be replaced. Double front door hinges are weak. Now found out that they are window hinges and not suitable for doors. Have never had windows and doors adjusted for easy use, I have had to figure it out myself. No support from Werner. A real shame as the product is good. Do your research and ask to speak to as many previous customers as possible.
