Currently living in a house built by centina less than 2 years ago.
Build quality is extremely low, including:
-Door frames not square
-Cracking at corners inside the house
-Door handles and fittings loose
-Driveway sunk and pavers cracked
-Driveway crossover poured too short
-Landscape edging not straight
-Concrete overpour left in garden bed
-Garage left with paint splatters and marks on floor
-Noticeable patching of damage to walls which has been fixed unsatisfactorily
-Gravel finish to council verge placed so thin that dirt is poking through
-Delays and poor communication when it comes to repairs

I would further like to add that I have emailed Centina as they requested in their response, and they have failed to get back to me. That was 3 months ago.
Do Not use this business for anything. If you are thinking of going with them - pull out now!!!
This is my new investment property - They want your hard earned money real quick, but wont fix up their poor workmanship.
They don't want to know you, they are rude and unprofessional.
Poor workmanship water leaking inside the cavity from the roof caused water damage they don't want to know you once you have handed your money over.
