Purchased an apartment in Maylands off the plan which overall I am happy with. In terms of the six month inspection report which includes items such as poor finishings/fixings the Company has failed to acknowledge I'd like to have them repaired. When you pay 500k + for an apartment you'd think they would address your concerns quickly but most of the time they don't even bother to reply to your emails which is poor. It feels like they've taken the money and ran which isn't a great experience and I definitely won't be buying off the plan again. I'm still waiting for a reply to two emails I sent months ago to fix a leaking tap, shoddy paint work and a couple of other aesthetic issues.
