Our property was supposed to be built in 5 month period in 13A Pop Crecent avenue in Hope Valley SA 5090 & we paid the deposit & signed the contract & were looking forward to get settled in mid Dec 2021.
As there was some financial issue between the builder & the developer & the builder was happier to convince us terminate the contract after waiting for months!!! So, we had to leave as our conditional approval was going to expire soon!!!
It’s frustrating to wait for a long time & having a commitment to the property & stopped inspecting other properties we could find!!!
We were having too late replies when asking about the selections & the property process & ending with the termination!!!
I would not recommend anyone working with Willow home..!!!
