Recently had repairs completed-they were onsite to see damage next day, and repairs were completed without fuss. Comms was very good and very satisfied with Barclays

I would give them a Big Zero.
Very little communication on work being done or work having been done.
Hadn't even inspected the scope of works but sent me a email to sign off on completion of works.
On my own inspection nothing had been done.
Set numerous emails non replayed to until I threatened to take the matter to the relevant authorities
for misleading email on completion of scope of works.
Still having to chase up unfinished work from 3months ago.
