I am very disappointed with the attention they provide, I talked to a person named Jocelyn and she was very rude to me. I do not recommend this company at all!
CAUTION! Do NOT contract Competent Strata (Jocelyn) to manage your complex. If you are looking for a new strata company, I urge you to look elsewhere. If you are unfortunate enough to already have Jocelyn as a manager, good luck replacing her.
Jocelyn managed the complex that I owned an apartment in until I sold in 2021. Jocelyn has to be the most rude, unprofessional and incompetent person I have ever had to deal with. I'm grateful that I will never have to deal with her again.
I would not trust the suspicious 5 start reviews that all came within a month of each other. If you are considering this strata manager, look further down at the legitimate and accurate 1 star reviews.
If you are unfortunate enough to already have contracted (in)Competent Strata, do yourself and your complex a favour and have her books audited on a regular basis. As a result of an audit, you could likely return the cost multiple times over.
I expect a reply from Jocelyn with her standard response of 'This person is not a client', correct I am not now, but I was for over 5 years.
Beware of this company and Jocelyn.
