Excellent service From Active Migration. The highest standards and the loveliest people. Would definitely recommend them.
The whole process took much longer then expected. It was very hard to communicate and deal with Lennix, one of Scott's assistants, who was in charge of my visa application. I sent him some documets and later he forgot, that i sent it and it seemed like he didn't know anything about my case. The whole experience was very stessfull, because Lennix kept on giving me incomplete information and kept on forgetting what needs to be done. I had to keep checking which documents I will need (for example, he never informed me, I will need to pass english test on certain level). I asked him in January, if there is anything to be paid or to be sent by my employer, and he just said, that he will need some more documents from him. Few weeks later he resent an email, asking for a payment, which was supposed to be made by my employer in November.
Prices for services got higher in the process.. i was asked to pay extra $110, then $800 and later, when i was already many times told, that we are just one click away to lodge the application, i was asked for another $1400 EXTRA to lodge the application! All of which was on top of the original "total price", which I was told at the start.
If I knew the total amount before, i would never agree to proceed.
After all, my visa application got refused and I'm flying home.
