Bought chips and gravy & a drink last week costing $9 total. Bought the same this week but asked for gravy on side, expecting surcharge of max $2 for the use of a container... but got charged $16 total. When asked what the extra $7 charge was for, was told that was for having the gravy on the side and to top it off the chips were cold.
