Terrible customer service. I needed a spare part for my cartridge pool filter just after Christmas and was advised by my local pool shop that Sigma would be the best place to get it fast. So went to Sigma on Balcatta road and was advised by the sales person that he would order the part and it would arrive in a few days. Heard nothing from them after 3 days so called to discover the part hadn't even been ordered. Now the part was being ordered on the Wednesday and should be with me by the following week as it was coming from the eastern states. Again had heard nothing from them the following Friday, so a follow up call informed me that they would not send it by itself so were waiting for a full order...what! Then received a call later that day to inform me that they tracked the item an it has left Melbourne and would be delivered to their shop Monday. Well it is now Tuesday, over 2 weeks later and still nothing. Decided to go to the shop in person today and was told the suppliers had it on back order as it was not in stock...again WHAT! I will never use this company again and I would advise all to avoid.
