Terrible service with total Nissan on their advertised fixed price service. Booked my car in with their centralised phone service. This was ok, arrived at dealership and I was told my car did not meet their conditions for the price and it would be $100 more... after complaining they agreed to honour but would not do everything that their fixed price service offered.
I even said if anything else needed more work let me know and I will get it done... he walked around car and said I needed my tyres rotated. $45.
I asked for wheel alignment as per offer but told their machine was bust on the day. No car clean, no service report, invoice showed nothing.
This is after they told me to back at the yard to pick the car up at 12midday, service manager knew we had another appointment yet was kept waiting sitting in dealership for a further hour and a half.
Waiting for a call back from AHG to discuss, I received a text if I was Happy I replied no and still no response from them.
Really disappointed as I used to work within the group and always talked them up.
I have only mentioned half the issues on this contact with total Nissan and their service team.
