Customer service is appalling. They are so unhelpful and no one there seems to like their job let alone help customers. Oh forget it if you want your orders by a certain date, you can place an order a month before and although on their website it says the next day, it doesn't happen. You call customer service and no one there seems to know what is going on let alone come up with a solution to help. It is always " someone will call you back later". Absolute useless - go elsewhere for your business.
I had to order am item I could only find online in US but a quick email to COS and they found just what I was looking for and I got it delivered next day. Not only are they great in helping you find and order all of your office needs their delivery drivers are so efficient, on once occasion they have anticipated my error with a paper order and packed what I needed just in case - Brilliant service :)
