Staff are very professional, but also friendly and immediately put you at your ease. Very happy with results. I would highly recommend Dr Murray and staff to potential customers.
I did my research and thought I would try your clinic. When I entered the clinic I did not receive the warm friendly welcome in fact I found the reception staff to be snobby. The consultation with the nurse was a waste of time. She couldn’t be bother just rattled off a list of procedures available. At no time did she recommend a procedure for me. She did tell me not to worry I won’t look 20 ????.
I then had an appointment with Dr Murray who hardly glanced at me he was too busy pulling pamphlets out of his filing cabinet to hand to me and talk about his dog that went missing. At no time did he examine my face or make any recommendations. At the end of the brief consultation I still had no idea what procedure he was planning on doing!
I then had to chase up the quote as they had forgotten to do it. So about 3 weeks later I finally got a quote and it was three times what the nurse told me it would be.
I have since found another professional clinic with excellent reviews. My consultation with the Dr was an hour long, he sat next to looked thoroughly at my face, made suggestions, explained in details what would be done and also told me that my eyes are great and would not benefit from an eye lift.
I would certainly recommend to anyone to get a second opinion before going with absolute cosmetics and compare the two.
