After becoming a mum, I thought I’d never bounce back. I hated the way I looked. My body changed, my face changed, I lost my confidence. I gained even more weight as a result. The negative cycle kept going until I finally stopped feeling sorry for myself. I started working out, started eating healthy and remember the first time I spoiled myself with fillers and anti-wrinkle treatments. I found confidence, enough confidence to apply to uni and transition from an enrolled nurse to a registered nurse. It wasn’t easy with a kid, often I’d cry, often wanted to give up especially studying as a single mum. But I’m here now, starting my next chapter, my own business, excited to share my journey and help many women and men out there with confidence.
