About The Counselling & Therapy Place

The Counselling & Therapy Place provides counselling and psychotherapy for people of all ages. Working from a person centred, trauma informed perspective, counsellor and psychotherapist, Katrina Carter uses an integrative approach, tailoring therapy for the individual. She has extensive experience working with all kinds of distress, including anxiety, depression, grief, complex trauma, survivors of childhood abuse, domestic and family violence, mental health diagnoses, dependencies and many, many more.
