I have a safe, comfortable and private space to talk. I can help with stress, anxiety, anger management, grief, bereavement (including pets), or coaching through life stages. If you've lost your way and need someone to help you get back on track, I will be there for you. I listen, look for new perspectives and help you find your answers.
