Tracie specialises in helping children and teenagers with autism and ADHD, and their families, including therapy to improve emotional regulation, decrease anxiety, increase self-esteem, confidence and self-advocacy, improve family relationships, and help when struggling with life transitions or bullying.
NDIS participants are very welcome!
Tracie specialises in helping women with their mental health, who feel ‘stuck’ or have a history of complex trauma, including neglectful relationships and emotional, psychological & narcissistic abuse.
