We had a very poor experience with the building and engineering office. They kept on asking the same things over and over, not understanding that it had already been provided multiple times. Many requests and requirements were not based in reality. It was like a bad dream.

great customer service, always had the pleasure to deal with everyone at Adelaide Hills Council, Pam was great :)
