Booked and paid for a job that had a narrow time window 3 weeks prior to the date. I then rang to confirm the morning before and got put on hold before being told they would call me back. I get a call at 4:30pm later that day and they cancel the job. They can’t help me because “their regular customers take priority and they have no more vehicles available”! They were happy to take my money 3 weeks earlier however... manager apparently had just gone home so there was nothing they could do. They have knowingly left me in the lurch and offer no compensation or alternatives with no time to arrange anything. To top it off the lady hangs up on me after saying sorry.
I’ve had bad service before but I think this takes the cake. This company gets my award for worst customer service ever. I’ll be taking further action to seek compensation.
