Two parcels in the last 6 weeks damaged or lost. One parcel looked like it had been kicked from Sydney to Darwin, The parcel had been taped up with Aus port tape appoligizing for the damaged parcel, the second parcel, a $2000 dollar laptop, arrived at the local depot according to tracking, but never left. 15 days later after many phone calls, still no response from StarTrack. If you need to move parcels, i recommend you DON'T use Startrack.
