Very disappointing!
Instead of using common sense to get in touch with someone a surprise parcel gets sent back to Scotland. "your address is a non delivery area" is all i got as an excuse! A simple card in the mail to notify someone would be a simple way to let them know there is a parcel waiting for collection.
