We are available to help 7 days a week - Office hours 9am to 5pm Mon to Fri ‐ Home collection is available 9am to 7pm Mon to Fri - Vet collection is available 9am to 5pm Mon to Fri - Weekends / After hours / emergencies Please call if you require our assistance - We are a family owned and operated pet crematorium. We live in, grew up, and are located in the Newcastle area Being family owned and operated means a member of our family will be the one who pick up your beloved pet and we guarantee they will remain in our care the entire duration of the cremation process up until the are returned home to you. We will ensure your pet is treated like a member of our family.
