About Cooking 4 Kids

Cooking 4 Kids is a cooking & development studio for kids between 3 -17 years of age. We aim to educate kids on understanding where food comes from, what it has to offer them nutritionally & ways of preparing healthy foods... all in a fun filled & safe environment. We help to develop children's reading & math's skills, widens their food & cultural knowledge, as well as teaching them basic food chemistry & nutrition. It helps to build their confidence and gives them a sense of ownership & achievement upon completing a class. Owned & operated by Meg White, a qualified chef with 16 years cooking experience & 20 years in the hospitality industry.
