I cannot recommend Stacey enough she made emergency cupcakes for my daughters birthday and then an incredible birthday cake. We've just used her services for our wedding and I prayed they wouldn't be all gone so I could freezer stash but no surprise only 10 were left and everyone couldn't believe they were gluten free! I'll never use another gf baker she is the gluten free QUEEN
