VIP Curtain and Blinds are exceptional. The whole process was faultless. Excellent communication, fair pricing, can do attitude and quality through and through. I engaged them after recommendation from 3 other people and having had 2 other quotes. I could not recommend the VIP team more highly - from measure, quote, follow-up, installation and final product.
I ordered 5 replacement slats for a vertical blind. We easily found a good match and the staff were helpful and courteous. Processed my payment quickly on the day and promised 7 days to pick up at store. Now, 13 days later, they are making excuses, calling it a small order, expecting me to wait outside in a hot car for their truck, and then finally go and fetch it from their truck at another store. I'm used to better service. I wouldn't buy from this store again.
