We recently had the pleasure of Kowald Builders constructing our first home. From the design and concept phase right through to completing the house, we found Kowald Builders to be very attentive and listened to what we required. They were on time and communication was good throughout the whole build. We are very happy with how our home has turned out.

We'd had a house built many years ago ..1977.. and were not very happy with the builder who lived quite a distance away .
So our decision to build all these years later meant we wanted someone trustworthy and also living close-by.....(just in case) !
We were lucky to find Kowald Builders , we had my own design which required drafting , our builder helped us throughout with my design, which needed a bit of work and finally we were happy to go ahead ... these guys were very easy to communicate with , and to work with .
The whole outcome was very satisfying, Kowald Builders did a fantastic job , and we love our home , and we're more than happy to recommend their work to anyone . Super job guys !!! Thank you !
