to earn itself a reputation for prompt and reliable services across the industry.
Over
the years, LSC Homes and QA Building had undertaken primarily construction of
new homes and extensions, whereby now commencing works mostly focusing on
multiple townhouses projects, new units and flats.

I have been working with LSC Homes for the past 12 Months and found them to be the most helpful and knowledgeable about building a house, we were building on 4Meter drop and it was a very challenging project that many other builders didnt want to take; however, Andrew not only took the project but he made recommendations that truly help us with saving on cost and quality. Eric and Andrew continuously strives for quality finish even at times they insist that finishing to be rectified even if we were ok with it. They also have the best trades on their team who were very professional and respectful of our property, they were mainly a team and can finish within it no time. During Covid19 Andrew and Eric put in a lot of extra work to get us in our property 2 months earlier than it was due to finish, for this we can't thank them enough! Highly recommended and can't wait to use them on my future projects. Job well done guys.
