I had a appointment with Malcolm today but unfortunately due to health reasons I was unable to make the appointment, I received a call and much to my surprise after telling him I was sorry for not keeping my appointment and before I had a chance to tell him the reason why he replies with I will forget you like you forgot me !!!

after reading all the positive reviews I am absolutely shocked to be spoken to like this.

I have no doubt Malcolm is very good at resume writing just doubt his attitude towards his customers.

if you cant take constructive criticism sir you are truly in the wrong business, and with your attitude I am very very surprised by you success if I could post a copy of my medical certificate I would to confirm my doctors appointment.
