Redcliffe City Physie (RCP), established in 2016, invites girls and women to build strength through DANCE at weekly classes held on the Peninsula.
At RCP, we are passionate about performance and longevity in sports as we strive to empower girls and women by creating a sense of belonging. We are committed to building resilience, creating memories, and maintaining a supportive and fun learning atmosphere.
Physie is a dance sport that combines aspects of jazz and ballet with pilates and yoga! Through a regular program of exercise and dance, physie helps to develop good posture, strength, fitness, flexibility, coordination and balance.
