Boutique fitness studio specializing in high quality instruction for pole fitness, lyra (aerial hoop), aerial yoga and much more. First established in 2007, all our students benefit from our highly experienced instructors, progressive curriculum and customized training experience.
Apart from group classes for adults, we also offer aerial training for primary school and teenagers. When they join our Kids Aerial Academy they are taken through a structured program to develop their strength, confidence and skills on a range of aerial apparatus including yoga hammocks, wrist slings and lyra.
Our Miss Fit MakeOvers clients are mentored by our dedicated team of dieticians to bring healthy eating habits into their lives for longterm weight loss.
