Every aspect of her business reflects thoughtful planning and attention to detail.Located in the Oasis Shopping Centre in the heart of the Gold Coast, Broadbeach, Pauline chose a location in the shopping centre near the car park entrance so that clients could park, enter and leave the salon in relative privacy, not needing to walk through a shopping centre. When inside Pauline’s surroundings you would not know that you where in a busy shopping centre.On approaching Swan Natural Beauty the welcome waiting within is apparent. The full glass frontage with doors open wide warmly invites the passer-by into the reception and nail area. Pauline explained that by having her menu with prices and a professional 40 page catalogue explaining all services in full detail on a podium outside the door new clients can pause and read what is on offer and what it costs. The feeling of no closed doors allows the client to feel more comfortable to approach reception and make initial enquiries. For deeper analysis of the clients needs the client is taken to the private consultation relaxation area on the second level of the Spa.Pauline's many trips to Bali have been the main influence in the design and decoration. It is all designed with the tranquility and relaxation of the client upper most in Pauline’s mind. The tranquility area is very quiet and peaceful with soft music being filtered through, herbal tea being kept constantly hot, and fresh fruit... all this to be enjoyed at anytime of the day a client wishes to come in for a relaxing spa.On the lower level is the busier side of the business with nails at the reception, and then going through to the private waxing, pedicure rooms. This then leads to the staircase that takes you up to another world, a world of peace and relaxation, where a client can be pampered all day, and not hear one noise from the outside world. Pauline has no phones in this area, and all mobile phones are asked to be turned off, as peace and quiet are the most important ingredient in Pauline’s business. On this second level are the facial rooms, spa, massage, and vichy/steam room. Clients are supplied with fluffy toweling robes so they can wander from one area to another as they wish, or just stop their treatment if they wish to have an herbal tea.Pauline and her team look forward to welcoming you to her Spa when visiting the Gold Coast.
